Service & Account

Coatelier provides AI conversation, image generation and editing, infinite canvas, and skill management. Each user uses a personal workspace; please keep your login credentials safe and be responsible for tasks initiated within your account.

Your creative content

You retain the rights to your input content and authorize us and necessary service providers to process, transmit, and store this content to provide the services you request. This authorization does not mean that private content can be used for public marketing.

The rights and commercial use conditions for generated content may depend on applicable laws and the terms of the selected model provider. We do not guarantee the originality, exclusivity, or non-infringement of third-party rights for generated content; please verify portrait rights, brands, material authorizations, and content accuracy before public or commercial use.

Fair use

Do not use the service to commit illegal acts, infringe on the rights of others, create private images without consent, disseminate child sexual exploitation content, commit fraud, or maliciously impersonate. Do not attack the service, steal keys, bypass account permissions or credit billing, forge payments, or interfere with other users' use. We may restrict requests or accounts with clear risks and handle appeals as appropriate.

Model results and task costs

AI output may have omissions, factual errors, or inconsistencies with expectations, requiring your judgment and adjustment. Model availability, parameters, reference image limits, and fees may change; the interface at the time of task initiation and actual settlement records shall prevail. Unsatisfactory generation results do not mean that the vendor has not incurred costs.

After submission, if you stop, disconnect, or close the page, the provider may still have executed the task. Unknown fees will be shown as pending; repeated queries for the same task do not count as new creations. Subscription, credits, and refund rules can be found at Subscription and Refund Policy 。

Availability and Data

We maintain services and handle malfunctions, but cannot guarantee continuous availability of third-party models or success for every task. Please download important finished products and export important records promptly; unsynced local content may be lost due to browser cleanup. See privacy handling at Privacy policy 。

Termination, Amendment, and Disputes

You can turn off auto-renewal and contact support to request account cancellation. We may suspend related functions for security, payment disputes, or serious violations of usage rules. This will not exclude your legal rights to refunds, consumer protection, or other inalienable rights.

Significant changes to the service rules will be communicated through appropriate means. If a problem occurs, please first Contact support Review; applicable laws and dispute resolution should be determined in conjunction with the location of the operating entity and the protection legally enjoyed by users.
